ABOUT

In the less than thirty years I've been alive I've already worn many hats; literally and figuratively. I am a Jesus follower, a wife, a mama and among other things, a trainer. I live in Northern California with my hunky husband Kirk, our beautiful son Smith and our sweet dog Baylee. I've been a trainer since 2011 and have helped countless women (and some men) improve their lives through fitness and nutrition. I'm not into fitness trends, fad diets and jumping on bandwagons. I'm all about picking up the weights and saying no to food fears. My favorite thing about being a trainer is hearing others stories and being able to tell mine. I'm skilled at individualizing training and nutrition approaches for all types of lifestyles and goals. I love connecting with people through social media; it gives me a way to reach people I normally wouldn't be able to. I care about giving people straight-forward information and helping lead them down a path that is truly healthy.

My personal life revolves around spreading the love of Jesus, my husband, my son, and wanting to make people laugh. I love a good conversation, lifting weights, suspense novels and playing with my son. In the morning, give me a good iced coffee, sourdough toast & I'm one happy woman. I struggle with things most women do and my goal is to use the Gospel and my love of fitness/nutrition to point us all in the right direction.
